Summer Lovin’ Read-a-thon Day 7 – The Final Day!

Posted July 7, 2013 by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction in Challenges / 5 Comments

Today is the last day of the Summer Lovin’ Read-a-thon, so I’m just going to give you a final progress report!

Progress on My Goals:

Day 1: Finished reading Branded by Abi Ketner and Missy Kalicicki.
Completed Challenges (Introduction and Teaser Tidbit)
Day 2: Read 150 pages of The Copyeditor’s Handbook (okay, it’s not fiction and technically wasn’t one of my goal books, but it’s still reading!)
Completed Challenges (Must-Have Summer Reads and Cover Re-do)
Day 2: Finished The Copyeditor’s Handbook
Read 152 pages of Slammed by Colleen Hoover
Completed Challenges (Favorite Female Character & Page 99 Test)

Day 4: Finished Slammed  by Colleen Hoover
Read 60 pages of Matt Archer: Monster Hunter by Kendra C. Highley
Completed Challenges (Books that Made Me Cry & Book Spine Poetry)
Day 5: Finished Matt Archer: Monster Hunter by Kendra C. Highley
Completed Challenges (Goal Progress & Book Title Scramble)
Day 6: Read 130 pages of Pegasus: The Flame of Olympus by Kate O’Hearn
Completed Challenges (Bad Boys & Summer Fling)
Today so far: Read 54 pages of Pegasus: The Flame of Olympus by Kate O’Hearn
Tried really hard to complete the Cover Guessing Game Challenge, but I just couldn’t find at least one of them (and possibly got another one wrong).  Realized that I am insane and can’t handle giving up on a challenge even when it’s ridiculously obvious that I am NOT going to succeed.  Still might go back and look at it (for like the fifth time) one more time tonight.  đź™‚

  1. You did awesome reading this week! Don’t feel bad about the cover challenge, I think I got 4 or 5. I was staring at it for a while this afternoon. I about went crossed eyed!
