Alison Can Read Feature & Follow
Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! This is a blog hop that allows bloggers to gain new followers and find some awesome new blogs to follow themselves!

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host has a blog that they feature each week!

So, if you’re a blogger, come join in on the fun!

Here’s today’s question –

Q:  What blogger would you most like to meet in real life? Tell us about him or her.

A: I’m relatively new to blogging, but there are a few bloggers who have come by my blog and commented often so I feel like I’ve gotten to know them a bit (and of course I really appreciate their comments!) – Naomi at Nomi’s Paranormal Palace, Eveline over at Eveline’s Books and Holly at Holly’s Reading Hollow are three that come to mind.

Feel free to follow me via GFC, but I’d love it if you could also follow me via BlogLovin’, email, RSS or even FB (or any combination thereof) just in case GFC disappears for good!  Links are all to the right.

    • Actually, Jessica – you are another one who comments a lot! Blogging is so much more interesting when you see the same people coming back and you build up a bit of a rapport with them! I try to go around and comment on other people’s blogs as often as I can.

    • Hi again! Coming back to respond to the comment you left on my blog. RT is the Romantic Times Booklovers Convention! It’s very fun and wild and absolutely crazy! There’s authors, readers, booksellers and librarians and aspiring authors! Agents and editors attend as well for the aspiring authors to pitch books too!

It’s a lot of fun! There are all kinds of panels where authors or the editors and agents sit on them and discuss whatever the topic is. It’s all genres of romance, so there’s some western, erotica, YA, paranormal. There’s panels on the craft of writing, the selling, business side…everything! And then there’s the parties!

I’ve been to 3 now…well 3.5 cause I did just the booksigning once too! And I plan on going next year! It’s definitely a lot of fun, but it’s pricey with the convention fee alone and then add in the hotel fee. So it’s best to find a buddy for roommate. Mine had bailed out, but luckily the convention head worked with the hotel and got me a deal!

Hope that answers your question! I tend to gab a lot! πŸ˜‰
