Sunday Post & Giveaways Galore – 3/8/15

March 8, 2015 Sunday Post 29

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.

Last week on FYFA (and in my life):

Had a bit of a relaxing week this week, since I didn’t have any editing projects to work on and since I procrastinated and didn’t work on hospitality for my daughter’s gymnastics competition. Don’t worry, I’ll pay for it later!

Here’s what you may have missed this past week:

Next week on FYFA:

  • Before He Was a Secret by Becky Hicks (review & giveaway)
  • I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson (review)
  • Tangled by Brandi Leigh Hall (review)
  • Let’s Discuss – Fact or Fiction
Book-Haul

From My OTSP Secret Sister:

Thanks so much, Secret Sister! I’ve been loving the coffee and the chocolate is long gone – and I’ve been wanting to read A Discovery of Witches for the longest time!

I did love it! I loved the imagery and beautiful language. I knew that everyone had been raving about that one and had to check it out for myself!

I LOVED the first book and people are saying great things about this second book too, so I had to get it!

Discovery is one of those books that everyone talks about and I just knew that I needed to read. I’m excited that I own it now!

It happened again! I just lost 20 mins clicking links on this post, lol. Thanks so much for the shout out! I hope you don’t pay too dearly for procrastinating. Everyone deserves a break every now and then.

I just realized that I hadn’t responded to this, Tonya! OTSP Secret Sister is kind of like secret santa, but it runs all year long (in six month increments). For six months, you send a gift (once a month) to your secret sister. And then you have someone (not the same person) sending you gifts as well. It’s run by three book bloggers, I think. I found it on The Book Addict’s Guide. It’s lots of fun! Check it out on Twitter at #OTSPSecretSister.
