So, this is the first month of the Monthly Wrap-Up Round-Up and I’m so excited to get this going. Now that people have linked up their wrap-up posts, it’s time for the giveaway! I created this giveaway as a scavenger hunt of sorts to encourage people to visit the wrap-ups. There are entries for commenting on or sharing wrap-up posts and then there are additional entries for visiting specific posts and answering a question about them. The posts that I used were chosen by Random.org to make it fair – except mine, since the giveaway host automatically gets an entry. (Actually, my post did get chosen by Random.org, but I disregarded that one!)
Speaking of giveaway hosts, I have several bloggers who are joining me for this venture. Here’s a list of the bloggers who will be hosting the giveaway portion of the Monthly Wrap-Up Round-Up in the future. If you want to join us, just let me know in the comments and I’ll contact you with details!
July – Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction
August – Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction
September – Lory @ The Emerald City Book Review
October – Heather @ Based on a True Story
November – Silvara @ Fantasy of the Silver Dragon
December – Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction
January – Emily @ The LitWit Reads
February – Cynthia @ Bingeing on Books
The Link-Up

[…] July Wrap-Up Round Up Giveaway – This is actually going up immediately after this post, but thought I’d link up to it here anyway. Enter to win a book of your choice! (You don’t have to have participated in the link-up to enter the giveaway.) […]
Looks like you had an awesome month and I am glad your Monthly Round up has been successful!
I’m excited for the round-up! Thanks for stopping by!
I love scavenger hunt types of giveaways! Just visited some wrap-up posts and answered the questions. What a fun idea to encourage people to visit other wrap-up posts in this way.
Yeah, this is a little more fun than just doing a Rafflecopter and asking people to follow my blog. (Still have those “easy” entries, though, for people who don’t want to go through the whole scavenger hunt).
Thanks for taking the time to put this together! I think it’s a really fun idea and I’ve already found lots of new blogs to enjoy.
I’ve found lots of new blogs too! I’m excited about this new venture!
Hi Nicole!
Testing to see if I can leave a comment. I knew about your new linky but thought it wasn’t starting until the end of August. Will it always go up after the first week of the month?
I’ll always post the linky just before the end of the month. From now on, I’m going to leave the linky open until after the giveaway is over in case people come by for the giveaway and still want to link up. (But this month, the linky closed on the 8th – sorry!)
Hey, which post were we able to post the link to our wrap-up? I posted it in the comments because I never saw a place to add the link.
Sorry about that, Cynthia! The link-up was in the original announcement post. I added you to the linky now though! (I just realized that I could just go and change the end date on the linky – it’s not like it’s a giveaway or something, so there’s nothing unethical about changing it!)
I love how this monthly challenge is more than just a link-up. It sounds like a lot of fun and I’m going to try and participate.
That’s what I thought! Nothing wrong with a link-up, but I wanted it to be a little more interactive and fun! Glad you’re planning to join us!
Thanks for the monthly wrap up. It is a great idea!
You’re welcome! I’m glad you like the idea!
