Top Ten Books on My Fall TBR

Yeah, I know, this isn’t ten, but you can all pretend. These are the books I’m most looking forward to this fall (reaching into winter a bit, I admit).

Fall-For-Review

I’ve got these books for review and can’t wait to read them!!

Sequels_Smaller

Sequels I can’t wait to get my hands on!

Just-Want-Them

I didn’t manage to get these for review (and they’re not sequels) – I just want them!!

So, what fall releases are you looking forward to? I want to know!

  1. YES. WINTER. Gah I need that book so bad! Wolf by Wolf is another one on my tbr as well and I’ve heard great things about it! I still need to read These Broken Stars and Snow Like Ashes, can you imagine?! I really need to get moving too because I just know I’ll love both^^ AND YES Illuminae and Soundless, I really should have had both of those on my list this week, Illuminae especially was like on everyone’s TTT this week…which made me want to kick myself for forgetting it LOL Anyways great picks Nicole^^ happy reading ♥

  2. Soundless is also on my fall to-read list. I can’t wait to get my hands on it. I am reading the These Broken Stars series in paperback, so I am a year behind with reading them and have the second book pre-ordered which wil release soon. I’ve heard of the other book/ authors, but haven’t read them.

I know you already have a book queue for Fall but I have one more that you must add to the list. “The Lemoncholy Life of Annie Aster” by Scott Wilbanks (http://www.scottbwilbanks.com/) is a fantastic novel that has romance, time travel, mystery, suspense and is quite simply a book that you will not be able to put down (perfect for a cozy couch session!) The story follows Annie and her unusual correspondence with a 19th century schoolmarm, Elsbeth Gundy, from Kansas. Annie lives in modern day San Francisco and finds this mysterious link in her backyard. Out of nowhere appears a mailbox with a letter from Elsbeth stating “Trespass is dealt with at the business end of a shotgun in these parts!” The two have to discover what is connecting these two very different worlds. I absolute adore the characters and the dialogue in this book. It is clever and witty and I really think it is enjoyable from start to finish. Hope you will check it out
