The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.

This past week on FYFA (and in my life):

Not too much to say about this week. I finished the edit I was working on (Orion by Raeah Wilding AKA Allie Juliette Mousseau)—this one’s an adult novel, which you’ll be able to tell if you click on the link and view the cover. LOL! And I taught classes and graded papers—didn’t have time for much else!

Here’s what you may have missed on the blog this past week:

Next week on FYFA:

  • My October Wrap-Up Post
  • November Discussion Challenge Link-Up & Giveaway
  • Team BFF: Race to the Finish! (Girls Who Code #2) by Stacia Deutsch: Review
  • Let’s Discuss: Something bookish! 🙂

Latest FYFA Giveaway Winners!!:

  • Danielle H. won the September Wrap-Up Round-Up Make Me Read It Giveaway! She chose The Sky Is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson. I’m reading it now and will send it off to her as soon as I’m done!

I bought The Memory Illusion for research for a book I’ve got percolating in my head…

Great Discussions/Goings On Around the Blogosphere:

Pre-Order Deals:

I’m now putting these in order of release date to make it easier on myself (and you, I think). Any new deals that I just added to the list this week will be denoted with a *** so you can easily find them!

Please note: Almost all pre-order giveaways run “while supplies last,” so I can’t guarantee that they’ll be open until the date listed. Pre-0rder early for your best chance to get all the goodies!

  1. Thanks for sharing all the giveaways around the blogosphere and the book blog birthdays. So informative. Thanks you. I hope you enjoy your books and have a wonderful reading week. Happy reading. ?❤️

  2. I was at a training for two days last week and in the library one day, so my week was smooth sailing. I did have a lot of grading, and I still do. It never ends. Have a great week!

  3. You are always so busy, I seriously have no idea how you manage. Sounds like this week was uneventful in a good way. Glad to hear you finished your editing project, now you will have more time. Right?
Look at all your new books! I am glad to hear you got Now is Everything. I can’t wait to read your review. That Haven set looks awesome, too!
Thanks again for sharing all the links. I was so going to order Flashtide anyways and now I can get some swag for doing so.
    Have a great week!

    • Yay! I’m glad you found a pre-order deal for a book you wanted to get! I’ll confess that I’m struggling with time lately. In fact, I just made the decision to take a break from editing for a while so I can focus on writing (and homeschooling, of course). Sometimes it’s hard to step away, but I think it will be worth it.

  4. I got the Haven box too – which was such a fun surprise I don’t get a ton in the mail these days! Yay for getting some editing done. I hope you have a great week, and Happy Halloween!!

  5. Yep, I’d say Orion has an adult cover. *fans self* LOL
What a cool package for Haven! I’m actually reading it right now and really enjoying it. It’s been quite a while since I read a good paranormal and this one has me hooked!
Hope your week is off to a great start, Nicole!
