It’s time for a new installment of Fun with SPAM!

Ah, the dreaded spam comments … we all know them well.

Once again, a crazy comment made it through my spam filter and made me laugh. It reminded me that it was past time to revisit one of my favorite goofy topics: Spam.

Once again, I decided to take a peek into the abyss of the Spam folder to find a few gems and imagine … what if I was really going to reply to these random crazy comments? Take a look at what I might say.

Right away I am going away to do my breakfast, afterward having my breakfast coming yet again to read more news.

Thank you for the compliment, but I’m a bit nervous for your health. If you keep having your breakfast coming yet again, you should probably see a doctor.

Your child are designed for is now the perfect way of thinking.

I’m sure my children would agree with you. They tell me all the time that their way of thinking is perfect.

Absolutely written written content, regards for entropy.

Yes, my content is absolutely written. I’m glad you’ve recognized that. I’m sorry you’re breaking down, though.

I’m gone to convey my little brother, that he should also go to see this webpage on regular basis to get updated from hottest reports.

Your little brother will thank you, trust me. My reports are certainly the hottest!

you are аctually a just right webmaster.

So Goldilocks tells me. She’s always using my site.

The next time I read a blog, I hope that it won’t fail me just as much as this particular one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, however I truly thought you’d have something useful to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something that you can fix if you were not too busy looking for attention.

Wow. I’m sorry that I’ve offended you so. I honestly thought that this random Sunday Post from four years ago was pretty cheerful, but I’m glad that you’ve pointed out my attention-seeking behaviors. I’ll try to change.

I want to get across my love for your generosity for men who require assistance with this important concept.

Um, thank you? I’m not sure which men I’m being generous to, but I guess I’m always here to help. You know, probably.

Your website is castles in the air, I seldom found your website at Yahoo, I am concerned to commemorate more. Hope it works untrue for me.

First off, thank you for the compliment. Les Mis is one of my favorite musicals, and that song is a particular favorite. I’m sorry that you seldom found my website, and I truly hope it works untrue for you.

Hello it’s me, I am also visiting this web site daily, this web page is genuinely nice and the people are in fact sharing fastidious thoughts.

Oh, hello! I’m so glad you’re here! And I’m especially glad that you appreciate all my fastidious thoughts.

Hello my loved one! I wish to say that this post is awesome, great written and come with almost all significant infos. I would like to peer extra posts like this.

Ah, my love, how I’ve missed you! Thank goodness you’ve found almost all the significant infos here. Please, peer away!

Very shortly this web site will be famous among all blogging users.

  1. Hahaha, this is hilarious. I once found several spam comments from someone who was desperate to teach me how to become a vampire. Becoming a vampire changed the commenter’s life, and she wanted to tell me about the benefits.

  2. Omg, these are great. For some reason, a lot of my spam comes through and I have to go and delete them. I don’t tend to read most of them, but some stick out more than others. They can be quite funny! I like your “replies.”

  3. I don’t get spam at all, well, I don’t get them on my blog anyway. I wonder if these spammers just use the google translator or something because the english is a bit lacking. but these are amusing.

    have a lovely day.

Oh I’ve never thought of saving them before, these are hilarious! And some of the ones we get are so ridiculous that I have to text them to Chelsea ?. I’ll have to save some of better ones now. AND I can’t believe you got a rude one ?. As Stephanie Tanner would say “How rude!!”.

    • I know, right? That was the one that made it through my spam filter, and it actually sounds like a real comment. I was actually sort of insulted for a moment before I realized that it was a spam comment posted to a Sunday Post from four years ago. I’ve never seen spam quite so coherently mean before!

  5. Omg this was hilarious! Shall we call you O Webmaster now??? I also love how some spam comments just front up and are SO insulting. I get those too and it’s like…just come into my space and insult me why don’t you?!? Although WordPress usually deals with mine so I more stalk my crazy search term results and wonder how the heck people get to my blog with the weird things they google.?

    • Yes, you must certainly refer to me as O Webmaster—or just Grand Master of the Universe would work too. Whichever. I agree that those insulting spam messages are the weirdest—I guess it did catch my attention, though? And WordPress is actually very good at filtering out my spam messages for me but every once in a while I go visit them in my spam folder because I’m weird and they amuse me. 🙂 (I love your Google search terms thing, by the way.)

  6. hahaha great post Nicole! Totally hysterical. I love that you found a way to use all this lunacy! some use of words and sentence structure tells you that English may not be the first language of the the person that wrote the spam comment LOL

  7. Bwhahha LOVE these! I have to say, the ones where they say you suck are my favorites. I will read those, and think “if they want me to click on their spam, they should really be nicer”- though you also have to wonder if people click on the links because the insults made them mad ? Is your husband okay with all this “generosity for men”? I feel like this will be an unpleasant conversation.

  8. I make sure to at least skim over my spam comments, because real people sometimes fall into the section. I get a lot of health-related spam comments because I have several years’ worth of posts about my health.

I do receive troll-like comments; I always love the “attention” ones—like, yes, leave me another comment to feed this attitude of mine! Makes perfect sense!

  9. I’ve never read my spam but I just did and this was the best one: Sick! Just received a brand-new Pearl and I can now read your blog on my phone’s browser, it didn’t function on my previous 1.

I will read them more often-LOL
