Top Ten 2018 Books I Totally Meant to Read

I know you guys are astonished that I’m posting a TTT two weeks in a row. I’m sort of flabbergasted myself. But I always like these end/beginning of the year posts, so I thought I’d join in again.

Here are ten (of the bajillion) books that released in 2018 that I really, really meant to read but then … didn’t.

What books did you miss out on in 2018? Are there any of these that I absolutely MUST read? I want to know!

I bought You’ll Miss Me When I’m Gone and it still sits on top of my TBR pile next to my reading chair. It won’t go unread this year. I tried reading Leah on the Offbeat and just couldn’t get into it after reading Simon last year. I have left Obsidio unread for way too long.

  2. I think I am going to read June’s last release, when her next one comes out. I really liked her debut, and do want to get to it at some point. I cried a lot of tears reading You’ll Miss Me When I’m Gone. It was really emotional and good. Rev’s story was good. I loved learning more about him. And yeah, I own and unread copy of The Emerald Sea. *hides face in shame*

  3. I NEED to read Thunderhead, and I’m really curious about Leah on the Offbeat too. There are always tons of books that come out, or even back list books, that I mean to read in a year and just…never do. haha

p.s. how did you make your image/collage?

  4. Oh! More than we can tell & you’ll miss me when i’m gone is two id wanna read too!

Mmh, one of mine would be « reasons to stay alive » from Matt Haig for sure ..? and cant think of another from the top of my head ahah

  5. I missed a lot, though I don’t often read books released in that year. Book programs I was a member of shut down, so I didn’t have that regular motivation going for me.

“Leah on the Offbeat” is definitely one I’ve been wanting to read, from your list of books!
