Sunday Post: Book Pre-order Campaigns & Giveaways Galore – 9/8/19

Posted September 8, 2019 by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction in Sunday Post / 50 Comments

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.

This past week on FYFA (and in my life):

Sorry I was late with the Discussion Challenge link-up this month! Shannon wrote the post right on time, and I had it all ready to go. Except apparently I didn’t hit the schedule button. And I didn’t even notice until the 4th that it was missing! Yikes! (I blame the fact that we were working on the deck so much this weekend and then I’ve had a cold—my brain’s been fuzzy all week!)

Now that we’re done with the deck, the landscaping company that we hired has started on the patio and landscaping. In addition to the patio, we’re having them put in three trees to give us some shade, some bushes, and some outcropping rocks to break up the slope of our lawn.

Yesterday, my younger daughter had her second swim meet. She just got moved up to varsity, and she’s gotten PRs at both meets, so we’re excited for her! Then we had a family party at our house—a nice relaxing time with everyone, and we were able to enjoy the new deck.

Here’s what you may have missed on the blog since my last Sunday Post:

Book Blogger Birthdays and Blogoversaries:

Birthday-150 Blogoversary-150x150

Here are the birthdays and blogoversaries for this week! I hope you’ll go wish these bloggers well on their special days! Make sure you check out the calendar to see what you might have just missed or what’s coming up. (If you want to be added to the calendar, it’s easy! Just fill out the birthday/blogoversary form.)

Book Haul:

For Review:

I signed up for the blog tour for Emma Lord’s Tweet Cute (back in July, before my vow not to accept any more review requests!) and received the NetGalley widget for the book. This adorable cover was illustrated by Kristen Solecki

Great Discussions/Goings On Around the Blogosphere:

Pre-order Campaigns

Listed in order of release date. Any new deals that I just added to the list this week will be denoted with a *** so you can easily find them!

Please note: Almost all pre-order giveaways run “while supplies last,” so I can’t guarantee that they’ll be open until the date listed. Pre-0rder early for your best chance to get all the goodies!

Awesome Giveaways:

Lots of good stuff! Have any giveaways or great discussions happening on your site right now? Feel free to share them in the comments!

  1. Boo for colds! I hope you are feeling better quickly. Yeah for your daughter! That’s awesome that she was moved up and gotten PRs. I had gotten Tweet Cute and also signed up for the tour (it keeps me accountable). It looks like a lot of fun.

  2. You remind me of all the times that I drove my kids to the pool for their lessons! Now they take the bus or woalk or …and that’s such a relief! Happy Sunday.

  3. I hope you are feeling better. Something seems to be going around here too, although I am hoping I can avoid it somehow. I bet everything will look so nice when it’s done! Congratulations to your daughter for being moved up to varsity! I hope it is a good swim year for her. I hope you have a great week!

  4. I hope you’ve started to feel better!

Also that cover of Tweet Cute? Absolutely adorable! Also, I see some very interesting discussion posts that I want to read now!

  5. Congrats to your daughter on the swim team! And yay for the deck being done. Sounds like you guys have been busy but it’s nice when you can enjoy it after it’s all done. 🙂

    Have an awesome week!

  6. I hope your cold clears up soon! The deck progress is great, though, and landscaping a new area has always been something I enjoy seeing pictures of. (I’ve never owned a house where I could do that, though. Our condo association does all of our landscaping, so I have to live vicariously through others.)
