Sunday Post: Book Pre-order Campaigns & Giveaways Galore – 3/8/20

Posted March 8, 2020 by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction in Sunday Post / 12 Comments

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.

This past week on FYFA (and in my life):

My dad is recovering nicely from his stroke. He still has some issues with his peripheral vision, but other than that, he seems mostly fine. Truly thankful!

This week we’ve been continuing with our painting and working on the doors and trim. I painted the family room and the coat closet and started on the hallway. We got the baseboards installed in the family room too, and my husband has been working diligently on the casements around the doors and windows (he also hung two more doors). It takes a LONG time to do everything, but we’re making progress!

I got behind again on comments with all the craziness around here, but I’ve been working on catching up!!

Here’s what you may have missed on the blog since my last Sunday Post:

Book Blogger Birthdays and Blogoversaries:

Birthday-150 Blogoversary-150x150

Here are the birthdays and blogoversaries for this week! I hope you’ll go wish these bloggers well on their special days! Make sure you check out the calendar to see what you might have just missed or what’s coming up. (If you want to be added to the calendar, it’s easy! Just fill out the birthday/blogoversary form.)

  • NONE! (Unless it’s YOURS – fill out my birthday/blogoversary form to let me know!)

Book Haul:

For Review:

I’ve already reviewed If We Were Giants by Dave Matthews and Clete Barrett Smith (loved it!), but I didn’t have time to take a pic for last week’s Sunday Post, so I’m putting it in here.

I also receive Don’t Check Out This Book by Kate Klise and illustrated by M. Sarah Klise. This one is an  epistolary middle grade novel filled with phone messages, emails, articles, texts, letters, reports, receipts, and more!

Great Discussions/Goings On Around the Blogosphere:

  • Yikes! I didn’t make note of any this week!

Pre-order Campaigns

(Make sure you scroll to see them all!) Listed in order of release date. Any new deals I added to the list this week will be denoted with a *** so you can easily find them!

Please note: Almost all pre-order giveaways run “while supplies last,” so they might not be open until the date listed. Pre-0rder early for your best chance to get all the goodies!

Awesome Giveaways:

Lots of good stuff! Have any giveaways or great discussions happening on your site right now? Feel free to share them in the comments!

  1. Glad to hear your dad in on the mend. Sending thought and prayers his way as he works through his recovery. Don’t Check Out This Book looks fantastic! I was *this* close to committing to a tour, when the publicist reached out, but I didn’t want to over extend myself. I look forward to hearing what you think.

  2. In a reply to one of my comments you mentioned how you didn’t get to enjoy as many workshops as you planned to or get as much done due to some emergencies, but honestly, I don’t think that’s on you and I admire how much you have put family first lately. I am glad to hear your dad is recovering well. A shame about your son’s state championship being cancelled but it is for the better if it is safer! I hope this will be a good week ahead for you <3 (Sorry for sort of replying to comment replies in this comment than the post itself!)
