The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.

What’s been happening since my last Sunday Post:

Tuesday was my birthday! It was actually a pretty low-key day since my husband had to go out of town for work, but I went out to breakfast in the morning with a high school friend and then did an SCBWI Zoom panel that evening.

What I Read:

  • I listened to The Last Great Heir by Carina Finn, which is this month’s Barnes & Noble kids’ pick. Loved the themes in this one!
  • I read Away by Megan E. Freeman, the incredible follow-up to Alone. My review has already been posted, so check it out!
  • Then I also read The Other Side of Tomorrow, a graphic novel by Tina M. Cho, illustrated by Deb J.J. Lee. This one focuses on two kid refugees from North Korea.
  • And then I listened to The Women by Kristin Hannah, a rare adult read for me. So many customers at BN had told me this is amazing, and they were right!

Here’s what you may have missed on the blog since my last Sunday Post:
