Review: Spark (Elemental #2) by Brigid Kemmerer

Reviews 0 ★★★★

Title: Spark Series: Elemental (Book #2) Author: Brigid Kemmerer Release Date: 201 Pages: 345, Paperback Goodreads Rating: 4.29 stars My Rating: 4/5 stars Content Rating: PG-13? (Not much more than kissing) Summary from Goodreads: Gabriel Merrick plays with fire. Literally. Sometimes he can even control it. And sometimes he can’t. Gabriel has always had his brothers to rely on, especially his twin, Nick. But when an arsonist starts wreaking havoc on their town, all the signs point to Gabriel. Only he’s not doing it. And no one seems to believe him. Except a shy sophomore named Layne, a brainiac who dresses in turtlenecks and jeans and keeps him totally off balance. Because Layne has a few secrets of her own…   MY TAKE I really enjoyed this book, but I don’t think that it quite lived up to Storm in my opinion.  Still, it was an excellent second installation in the series and I can’t wait to read the next… Read more »

So, if you’re a blogger, come join in on the fun! Here’s today’s question – Q: Share something you’ve learned about book blogging or just blogging in general in the last month. Oh my!  As a relatively new blogger (I’ve been blogging for about 6 months or so), I feel like I am still constantly learning new things.  Just recently, Roxanne over at Bewitching Book Tours sent out a great email to her new tour hosts, which I thought was a great idea!  I learned a lot from just this… Read more »
