  If you haven’t read The Immortal Rules yet, go get it NOW (and then come back and read this review later—it contains spoilers from the first book in the series). Oh, Julie Kagawa, why do you torture me so?  That ending, REALLY?  REALLY?!  Okay, I think I can calm myself enough to write a review now, but honestly it’s going to be hard.  Let me start by saying, I could not wait for this book – I absolutely loved The Immortal Rules and I was a little nervous that this second book might be a bit of a let-down.  Um, no.
