Last week on FYFA (and in my life):
This week seemed to fly by!! We’re still in Colorado and we celebrated my son’s 13th birthday and, of course, 4th of July – fireworks in Breckenridge were amazing!!

For Review:
My daughter and I saw that this book is coming out by one of the “Erin Hunter”s and she was really excited to read it. So, I figured I’d pick it up for her and we could read it together!
Great Discussions/Goings On Around the Blogosphere:
I’m just not going to even pretend here. I am woefully behind on the discussion challenge and have been pretty out of the loop this week.

We’ve had a fantastic time in Colorado! Emmy & Oliver was really fantastic, so I hope you do manage to read it soon!
Another great week! I’m giving away a copy of the wonderful The Wild Girl, a historical novel about the wife of Wilhelm Grimm (and one of the main storytellers for his collection of fairy tales). See link below!
I was going to go add your giveaway to my official list, but I’m already too late. Sigh. I’m just now finally starting to catch up with comments from this last month of being on vacation!
No worries! I just got back from vacation myself and I know how intimidating the backlog can be. Good luck getting back up to speed!
You need to take a bit of a break from blogging when on holiday! I have got lost on my Discussion challenge but I might get back to it. Enjoy those last days of holiday.
You’re so right – and I really did mean to, but then somehow I … didn’t. Sigh. Oh well, better luck next vacation!
Glad you have enjoyed your vacation and had a wonderful Fourth!
It’s been wonderful! I had no idea how amazing Colorado was – definitely want to come back again someday!!
