This past week on FYFA (and in my life):
It’s official. All three of my kids have started school as of Wednesday. I still have to do a bit of driving around, but I have a whole lot more free time now. Now I just have to make sure I’m utilizing it in the best ways possible. Because, no surprise, even now I still feel like my time is too limited. There just aren’t enough hours in the day!
I’ve been preparing for #PitchWars. I know getting in is a long shot, but it never hurts to try. If I don’t get that, I’ll send out to another batch of agents. Wish me luck!

Yeah, budgeting my time has never been a strong suit for me. I think I did better this week, though!

I am so bad when my time is unstructured. When I was teaching, I would waste away my summer, because I had so little to do during the day. Even now, it’s easy for me to look up and see it’s 1pm and I am still in my pjs. Good luck with the new schedules, andI hope all your children have a great school year!
I’m trying out a great writing productivity method called The Chunky Method, and it’s really working well for me so far. Crossing my fingers and hoping I can keep it up!
