March 2022 Monthly Wrap-Up & Best of the Bunch

Posted April 5, 2022 by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction in Best of the Bunch, Monthly Recap / 7 Comments

My Goings-On in March:

Here are the things that stand out to me this month:

  • Writing. I’ve started writing a new book! Not very far at this point, but it’s good to be working on something new.
  • Visit to Purdue. We went to visit Purdue so Danielle could see it one more time before she makes her final decision. (We also visited University of Georgia on Saturday, so she’s making her final decision in the next few days.)
  • School concerts. Danielle had a few different concerts this month: they had their solo and ensemble competition performances, then the a capella group performed at a school event, and then she had a concert where all the choirs performed (she’s in two of them).
  • Track meets. We also went to a few of Danielle’s track meets. Hard to believe this is her final sports season.

  1. I am surprised to see you only had two discussions. It seemed like you posted more. You know what I always say, quality over quantity. This is a big decision for Danielle! All those lasts and picking a school. I hope it all goes well.

  2. It certainly sounds like a busy month! Good luck to your daughter with her college decision and to you with your book!

Breaking the News sounds similar to True or False: A CIA Analyst’s Guide to Spotting Fake News by Cindy L. Otis. I read that and wanted to shove it into everyone’s hands.

  3. That’s so awesome about starting a new book! I wish I could just finish one! Except once again I feel the need to just give up. I go back and forth so much on that. That top book does look like one that would be good to maybe have in my library, even for high schoolers, so I’ll probably look to put it on my list! Thanks for sharing!
