The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.
This past week on FYFA (and in my life):
- Not much new. Once again, I was working on writing-related stuff, but I didn’t honestly get a ton of writing done this week. Hopefully I’ll do better next week! I worked four days this week and also volunteered at Bernie’s Book Bank and at Feed My Starving Children!
What I Read This Week:
- I started reading Jennifer Chan is Not Alone by Tae Keller and Gleanings by Neal Shusterman (and others).
- I finished listening to Made You Up by Francesca Zappia and continued Fairy Tale by Stephen King.
What I Watched:
- I kept watching season 4 of STRANGER THINGS.
- I finished watching THE MOLE. And, yes, I was correct about who the Mole was, so I’m patting myself on the back.
Here’s what you may have missed on the blog since my last Sunday Post:

Sorry you didn’t get much writing done, but it sounds like you’ve been pretty busy. I haven’t gotten as much writing done as I’d like but I have been squeezing it in most days.
Even if you didn’t get a lot of writing done, you had a very busy week. Hope it was still fun.
We had Feed My Starving Children in Minnesota and I volunteered there. I don’t think they have locations in NC though I should check. It’s a good organization.
Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
We have a location less than 10 minutes from us, so we have gone there often over the years. It’s a great organization!
You were busy last week! I hope you find time to get some more writing done.
I binged Stranger Things 4 so fast I kind of want to go back and revisit but it was a bit spooky! 🙂
I only watch it when my mom is here (she comes on Thursdays and leaves Sundays), and I’ve been working more on the weekends, so we haven’t finished the season yet. But we’re loving it and bingeing it whenever we can!
Duuuuuude, a new Scythe book? I went and bought it immediately. Thanks for the heads up!
That’s how I felt when I first saw it on Shannon’s blog (It Starts at Midnight) – I couldn’t order yet, but I knew I needed that book immediately!!
That’s wonderful you’ve been able to volunteer at some places, along with work! Yay!
I can’t wait to see what you think of Made You Up! I haven’t read that one yet but it’s on my tbr :).
