This past week on FYFA (and in my life):
I’ve been working hard on my new author website, which is going to go live at the end of April. I hired a great web designer and also hired an illustrator to create the main image for me (which you will see is reminiscent of the FYFA header, but in a totally different style). I can’t wait to show it off to everyone! It’s a lot of work to get everything ready, but at least it’s fun work!
What I Read This Week:
- I continued reading The Stranded by Sarah Daniels. I’m enjoying this dystopian set on a cruise ship!
- I’m still listening to Firekeeper’s Daughter by Angeline Boulley. I just recently found out the companion novel is coming (it has a pre-order campaign, so make sure you check out the page), so it’s good timing that I’m reading it!
What I Watched:
- I watched the newest episode of American Idol.
- I pretty much binged the whole season of Dance 100 all at once. I’m a fan!
- I also binged all of Outlast, a crazy survival show that’s played on teams and highlights how terrible people can be when there are “no rules.”

That’s so exciting!! I keep debating about hiring someone to redo my blog design–completely different situation, but same realms, lol! This is totally necessary! I can’t wait for it to go live! That’s just awesome!

Oh my goodness, an author website, that is SO EXCITING! I cannot wait to see it! I am so happy for you!! Also you are reading two books that I really enjoyed- Firekeeper’s Daughter is an all-time fave (I have to get on this pre-order campaign too since I obviously ordered the follow up!) and I really enjoyed The Stranded! I can’t wait to see what you thought of them!
