What’s been happening since my last Sunday Post:
More edits. I finished the next round of edits for THE SONG OF ORPHAN’S GARDEN based on the sensitivity read I got done.
Visiting Danielle at Purdue. Again. It was Parents’ weekend at Purdue this weekend, so Scott and I headed out there for another visit. We went to the football game and the women’s volleyball game. They lost both, but they were both great games – the volleyball was especially entertaining because the students have a whole series of elaborate cheers (and jeers) that they do. Very fun!
D&D. We’ve been back to playing D&D, which is basically Jade’s favorite activity in life. 🙂
What I Read:
- I listened to Three Dark Crowns and One Dark Throne and started listening to Two Dark Reigns by Kendare Blake. Danielle is reading the series and is now on the final book, so I have to catch up! Think I’ll actually finish the series this time? Your guess is as good as mine. LOL!
What I Watched:
- I’ve still been watching more Survivor!
- My husband and I watched a couple more episodes of The Lincoln Lawyer. Almost finished with season 1, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out.

That’s great that you’ve been working on edits on your upcoming release. I like The Lincoln Lawyer. Hope you do too.
I swear I remember us both being on a blog tour for one of the TDC books. Maybe I am wrong. I hope you finish, even if I was not that dazzled by the final book.
I need to finish the Three Dark Crowns series. I got an ARC of the first one, but not the rest of the series, so just didn’t get around to reading the rest. But I really liked the first one. Hope you have a good week!
