Last week on FYFA (and in my life):
Not too much new to report around here. We’re heading out with family this weekend to celebrate my youngest’s birthday. He’s excited and mostly wants to celebrate with video games (just like he’d like to celebrate every other day). November is already looking like it’s going to be crazily busy. Sigh …

I already had an ARC of this one, but it’s so cool that I wanted the real thing!

I loved your review of Illuminae and your discussion post this week.
Have fun with the birthday celebrations!
I loved Illuminae! I really need to purchase a copy for my shelf because it looks so gorgeous! Aww that was really sweet of your secret sister. I need to join in on the fun maybe next year. 🙂
Happy reading!
Your SS is awesome! This is my first year doing that so I’m kind of still timid about the entire thing. I’ve sent her a few fun things, my favorite was a set of 5 pumpkins for her and the family to paint, with an art set. I don’t know her very well so it is hard for me to figure out what in the world to get! Her bday is coming up soon too!
Looks like you had an amazing week. I keep hearing about Illuminae. I might have to pick that one up!
What a great package of goodies!Hope your son’s birthday is awesome.
Liked your review of illuminae- that was fun! I;m going to read this one next i think, based on all the glowing reviews I’ve seen. And your discussion post was nice this week too- generated a lot of good comments. It is best to just be ourselves as bloggers, for sure.
Will watch for your review of Return Once More too. I’ve been wondering about that one since I saw the cover.
Hope your little one has a great birthday!! WOW your secret sister is awesome! So many awesome things and so sweet to include a present for youngest. Have a great week!!
Love the goodie package, and yes I want a physical copy of Illuminae too. Have fun celebrating your youngest’s birthday!
OOoh very nice!!! Feeling so conflicted over Illuminae! Have heard so many good things about it, yet I feel hesitant for some reason! LOL! Hope you enjoy all the reads!

Happy Birthday to your son! I may need to get the physical copy of Illuminae instead of the Kindle version. I have heard it’s a pretty cool book.
Those goodies! What a nice haul! Your secret sister is fantastic!
It seems like you have had a good week and got some wonderful goodies as well! I just read your review of Illuminae and it is glittering on my TBR for me to try and get at some time. I am also pretty interested in trying the Duff at some point. Your OTP sister sounds epic <3
