Sunday Post header

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.

This past week on FYFA (and in my life):

We finally got some good news on the mental health front, so hopefully things will move in a positive direction now. I’m optimistic.

Here are some other things I’ve been up to:

  • Danielle headed back to Purdue. She left last night. Sad to see her go, but I’m glad she’s been having a great year!
  • Games! Just like last week, we played lots of family games. Had to get some last rounds of D&D in before Danielle left. And then we also played Apples to Apples. I think that was it for this week (D&D takes a long time.)

What I Read This Week:

  • I’m reading Jennifer Chan is Not Alone by Tae Keller.

What I Watched:

  • I watched another episode of Wednesday. A fun show!

Here’s what you may have missed on the blog since my last Sunday Post:

I’ve officially decided to take the giveaways section out of my Sunday Post. It’s just been too hard for me to keep up with along with the pre-order campaigns, and I feel like the pre-order section is more valuable, so I’m going to focus on that. Many of the giveaways I featured were links to sites that host them all the time, so feel free to check an older Sunday Post for links to those. I hope you’ve found out about some great giveaways here over the years!

Lots of good stuff! Have any news? Feel free to share in the comments!

  1. So glad you got good news on the mental health front. I started Wednesday but didn’t love it. You’re the second person who said they liked it, so I’ll try to continue watching it.

  2. I’m glad you got some good news on the mental health front. It’s sad when your kids go back off for college but it must be great hearing about what she’s doing at college and it sounds like you played a lot of games as a family before she left. I’ve still not watched Wednesday I must be the only person who hasn’t.
