The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on my blog and share news about what’s coming up in the week ahead.
Last week on FYFA (and in my life):

Wow^^ LOTS of good stuff going on! Congrats on all the goodies you got a hold of this week, I hope you love them! I hope your son feels better soon so you can get rested up 🙂 Happy reading Nicole xx
Thanks – he is feeling better. Hopefully nobody else gets it now!
OOoh nice! Those are totally new to me reads! Hope you enjoy them both!
Here’s my STS
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower 🙂
Thanks – I really enjoyed the first one in this series and am looking forward to reading the others!
I’ve been seeing this series in my visits lately! It has piqued my interest for sure!
Have a great week!
Yes – I bought the first book, but the author was nice enough to offer me review copies of the other two when my review went up. 🙂
Ooh…kids with the flu…I remember those days. Glad my kids are older (two are at college so they are on their own!) and the youngest is old enough to make it to the bathroom instead of her bed! Hopefully he didn’t pass it on to you! Keep warm.
Yeah – my kids are old enough to be relatively self-sufficient, but still young enough to come and wake me up to tell me they’ve got a fever (or a sore throat or an earache – he had a lot of things this week!).
Congrats on the books, they look interesting. 🙂
Thanks – I’m looking forward to them!
ooh I love both of those covers. they go really well together. Thanks for featuring my giveaway too 🙂 I’m off to check out your birthday post 🙂
I’m a fan of the covers as well! Happy to feature your giveaway – I’m excited to see The Duff!!
I am so curious about what you thought about Just Pru. I reviewed it recently and really liked it. I have to come back here and check it out. I haven’t done any discussions this month, but no pressure. Sorry to hear about your son, I hope he feels better soon, (and no one else in the house gets it). Happy reading!
Just Pru was so fun! I really enjoyed it! My review went up today!
Oh gosh, the flu is not fun. I hope he’s feeling better and the rest of you don’t get ill! Hope a discussion topic comes to you. 🙂
Thanks! So far so good as far as no one else getting it – we shall see!
Looks like you have had a great week. Looking forward to your review of Seeker. I was not a fan of that one at all, but maybe you enjoyed that one more.
I think I actually enjoyed it more than most people did. Maybe it’s because I went into it expecting to hate it? (I had seen SO many miserable reviews.) I certainly wouldn’t call it a favorite, but I liked it more than I was expecting to!
I’ve only been to one book conference (RT14), so unfortunately I couldn’t give my two cents on last week’s discussion post. That one was amazing though. Highly recommended! Maybe I should start signing-up for the linky. I’m so bad at remembering to do stuff like that though. Have an excellent week!
Oh, but see, you have helped me! I had heard of RT at some point in the past, but didn’t remember about it. I’ll have to go check that one out!!
Oh my, Carmel!!! Now I am in a total quandary! I just spent the last hour or so reading all about RT and I think I might have to go to that instead of BEA. It sounds AMAZING!!
Ah poor guy! Is he doing better?? Hope you meet your dead lines lady! 😀
Thanks! I did meet them – I just hate it when everything feels so rushed in the end. Plus, I feel like I missed out on the blogging world this week because I was so crazily busy between work and home.
I am so excited you got Released and Reunited for review, I hope you enjoy them! I can’t wait for book 4 to be released. I hope your son is feeling better and you can all get some more sleep this week.
I hope you have a great week!
Ugh, stomach flu. Blergh. There is nothing worse than catching kid puke in a bowl (actually it’s worse when you have to clean it out of sheets.) I hope your little guy is feeling better soon! Thanks again for your review of REMOVED and I hope you enjoy the others when you have the time for them 🙂
I am SO sorry about the kid with the stomach flu. That is always the worst. I hope no one else gets it, my fingers are crossed for you! And I seriously cannot wait to read your Seeker review, because, well, you know how I felt about it 😉
Ha! Well, I’m sitting on my bed writing this right now because my daughter doesn’t want me to leave the room – her stomach’s been hurting her all day and she has a bit of a fever. No barfing yet, though, so maybe we’ll get lucky? 🙂
Wow! Lots of things going on. Hope your son feels better. 🙂
Thanks! He is better, but now it seems my daughter’s caught it. Ugh!
